The online Executive MBA program consists of ten 3-credit courses and one 6-credit Strategic Capstone Project for a total of 36 semester hours. Students may be eligible to transfer up to 12 hours from previous graduate study.
The online Executive MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management gives students the breadth of knowledge necessary to integrate the activities within several functional areas, combined with a greater depth of knowledge in Human Resource Management. The focus of MBA in Human Resources Management is on preparing students to integrate HR functions into an organization's business strategy.
In addition to the core business courses, we introduce students to specific issues that confront today's human resource manager. Students can expect to gain insights from practitioners in human resources, as well as from leading edge research related to competency-based HR, compensation, organizational development, and change management.
