Students in the Human Resource Management concentration will
build upon the managerial skills developed in the MBA requiredcourse-of-study by developing an understanding of human
resources management concepts and applications. They will be
sensitive to legal, ethical, and social values in the conduct of human
resources management practice. At the completion of the concentration, students will have knowledge of a substantial portion
of the topics required for certification by the Society of Human
Resource Professionals.
The MBA Degree in Human Resources Management program
is designed to enhance the management skills students
need to function effectively within an organization.

but unique population - the working adult manager or
supervisor who could benefit from a graduate business
